Privacy notice

At The Kitchen Table, we value your trust and are committed to protecting the privacy of the children and families we support through our therapeutic art mentoring sessions in Marlborough This notice explains how we collect, store, and manage your personal data.

Information we collect

When registering or booking an art therapy mentoring programme, we collect essential details to deliver safe and personalised support. This includes the child's name, home address, and school information, alongside parent or guardian names and direct contact details.

Storage and confidentiality

All session notes, observations, and records of artwork are kept confidential. These materials are stored separately in individual, secure files to safeguard every child's privacy. Information is retained for 6 months after mentoring concludes, after which it is securely deleted.

Safeguarding and third parties

We do not share your family's personal details with outside marketers. Information is only shared with third parties, such as schools, healthcare professionals, or safeguarding authorities, in the rare event of a disclosure or where there is a legal and moral duty of care to protect the child.
